I’ve stayed here now 3 times and have referred many colleagues. I keep coming back to give them a chance to improve their service, but it seems things are getting worse rather than better. The rooms are great. The hotel is beautiful. However the food is quite horrible and the customer service for some staff members is lacking.

Really not the standard I expect from a Design Hotel by Marriott
